DISMAL EUPHONY BIOGRAPHY
In 1992 Ole K. Helgesen and Kristoffer Austrheim formed a death-metal band, in the time called "The Headless Children", through various member and band name changes the so called 'Dismal Euphony' was born around 1994, and first demo, "Spellbound", released 1995. Followed by a self-titled single in 1996. Then during the next years, 1997 and 1998 they released two full-length albums, "Soria Moria Slott" and "Autumn Leaves - The Rebellion of Tides". In 1998 they lost two members, the vocalist Linn Achre Tveit and keyboardist Elin Overskott (RIP '04). They replaced them by Anja Natasha (vocalist) and Svenn-Aksel Henriksen (keyboards). Next album, "All Little Devils" was released already 1999 and an EP "Lady Ablaze" in the new millenia, 2000. They still released one full-length album in 2001, called "Python Zero", which up-to-date seems to be the last album carved in their tombstone as after the release of this fourth full-length album the band split-up.
