AKELA BIOGRAPHY
Hungarian Thrash Metal band born in Budapest. Akela is the name of a wolf in Kipling's "The Jungle Book".
BIO:
1990: The band was founded by László Pálvölgyi(BASS), László Katona(VOCALS), Gyula Pavelka(GUITAR) and József Sobry(DRUMS).
1991: Second guitarist István Györki joined the band.
1992: Sobry left the band, new drummer: MiklĂłs "Retek" Ratkai.
1994: Retek leaves, new drummer: Gábor Kertész.
1995: Sobry rejoins now for the 6th time.
1996: New drummer: Gábor Szalay.
1998: Band disbands.
2002: Reunion.
