Kathar is deathrash band from Jyväskylä, Finland. Kathar was founded in somewhere around xmas of 2006, by Iiro Nahkamäki. Iiro decided to make a Black Metal band. He ask his friend Juho Suomi to play drums on his project. Henry Saastamoinen start singing at kathar only a little time after that, same time the Joonas Varis joined Kathar, he is bassist. First demo was released 8.3.2007. The style transformed to thrashmetal/grindgore/Deathmetal soon. Next demo will be released soon !
