Visions Of The Night first made an appearance on a local extreme music radio show
with an unreleased track in order to generate interest in the project.
In the following months, it expanded from a one-man studio project to a live band.
A full length cd entitled 'EnVisioning The New Age' was then recorded in 2002 with a drum machine and a programmed synth,
shortly after that the band bought out their contract to work independently.
After various line-up changes a real drummer and keyboardist were added.

Visions of the Night have played shows/Fests with such bands as Skinless, Cradle Of Filth, Anvil,
Traumatism, God Forbid , Gorguts, Augury, Stormlord, Beneath The Massacre, and others.

The new cd 'Nocturnal Militia' is proving to be their most violent release yet adding a mix of militarism into their unique sound. Engineered by Matt Connell (EXHUMED/DESCEND INTO NOTHINGNESS) and Mastered by Yannick St. Amand (Ex-NEURAXIS, DESPISED ICON, DESCEND INTO NOTHINGNESS)
