Year 2004 Pimedus and Thonolan formed - URT - which means "death" in Southern Estonian Setu language. In April Argoth joins for bassguitar and the band entered studio and recorded songs for 2 releases. First "Pimedusesõdalased" demo, released as a Split with 3 other Estonian UGBM acts under Hexenreich Records Estonia. And a Full length album "Varjuring"

Varjuring was self-released in the end of March 2005, limited to only 100 handnumbered copies. Also in the beginning of 2005 Oliver joins on guitar.

In 2005 october the recordings to our somophore album "Saatanhark I - Püha sõda" and to the split release with BESTIA started and together lasted almost a year. In 2006 Urt has finaly signed to a label, Stuka Sound Records.

In August 2006 Argoth has decided to leave, (but will perform some final shows), a replacement has already been found - Sander - form TARM handles the bassguitar now in Urt.

In Jan. 2007 the long awaited second album "Saatanhark I - Püha sõda" is released through StukaSound Records.

April 2007 is set for the release URT/BESTIA split.

In summer 2007 URT has completed the writings to 12 new songs, they will be recorded for the follow up album "SAATANHARK II - USSIKUNINGAS". Recordings will start summer/autumn 2007.
