Formed in late 2004, Rising Hour is a project of it's sole member known as Ephphatha. The music can generally be described as black metal, although it is never constrained by such a definition. Lyrical content varies, from philosophy to war, from faith & worship to inner struggles, and many other subjects. The goal of this music is not to preach or convert or ridicule, but to express, inquire, and experience.
