Nuestros Derechos (meaning Our Rights in Spanish) is a Dutch thrashcore band, featuring Jerry Derechos (guitar, vocals), Johnny Derechos (drums, vocals) and Janet Derechos (bass guitar, vocals).

The power trio is firmly rooted with one foot in a tradition of thrash metal and an other in the hardcore punk scene. The band like to act according to Do-It-Yourself principles including making and distributing music.

Since 2000 Nuestros Derechos have been playing well-considered, engaged thrashcore, sometimes referred to as metalcore, which in a way sounds like the crossover similar to the '80s when punk rock and metal first met.

Mixing predominant elements of hardcore punk and metal, their style of music is similar to international thrash icons like Slayer, Kreator, DRI, and Dutch acts like Lunatics Without Skateboards Inc. (LWS), Flesh Made Sin, Crustacean, Outburst, Izegrim and Legion of the Damned (previously known under the moniker of Occult).
