OPUS DEI LYRICS
"Opus Dei" (2006 Demo)
1. The Divine Conscious 2. The Truth of Suffering 3. Salvation Enslaved In Sound
1. The Divine Conscious
God of flesh.
To create not follow
The path and existence of mankind
One to breathe the breath
Of clarity awakens to see
We live spirit not to create the world
To live amongst it
Possession does not exist amongst the mindless.
Live for life, but let live everybody.
Progress
If you seek happiness you will find a soul deprived of purpose to exist.
2. The Truth of Suffering
The tree speaks; listen. He has seen many and not seen. He has heard many and not heard. His copious wisdom allows age to pass. Distraught, bark is worn and coarse, yet he remains serene. Blistered and betrayed, he still bares fruit. The tree lives. Dukkha ends; euphoria begins.
3. Salvation Enslaved In Sound
Upon hearing impious screams, the benighted fell...
...The human voice is an inconceivable instrument. Mankind has desecrated the truth, silencing its many arcane properties that have yet to be told. Perhaps this being the only distinguished defined sound that has the ability to express the sorrows of the soul.
And then the voice of the heathen spoke, "With this we can create or destroy the world".
