LONG PIG LYRICS

"Demo '07" (2007 Demo)

1. Barren
2. Times Sluring
3. Soon You'll Be Inanimate
4. Leavening Barrel Influences
5. Amiss, Flight, Reentry
6. Overcrowding

1. Barren

Existence stalled in a dream of past
Staked all of mine upon a single cast
An acrimonious cast of clairvoyance
Infect these prospects with desolation
Infect those souls with stultifation

Tamper with bygone ---
--- adopt future
Destroy now ---

Light a pyre for the false memories
Chop off redundant formatives
Mass everything into nothing
But a headstone with no meaning

Tampe with bygone ---
--- future beyond hope
Affront now ---

Vile, wasted, worthless
Barren
Pelting, null, impervious
Void
Impassive, tinsel, toneless
Hollow
Misbegotten, void, emotionless
Gone
Unimpressionable everybody's dead
Dead

2. Times Sluring

Tomorrow we sinned. Trespassed the thick white borders of innocence
Stained the baby blue skies to ugly red with sour signs of abhorrence
In this strange and taut situation that was given by our cast
We're still having our senses trapped in now, frozen in present
Not a minuscule moment would come over, not a single flash
Yet a vision of our dreams mouldering like the night black ash

Clangorous drifts braying our delicate, fragile selves
Leaving not a remote hint, not revealing any quarrels
Standing in the present with acute and ponderous questions
Freezing in this silence with multitudinous seclusions
Bitter crinkles shriveling and defacing our souls
As our bodies slowly necrotize in these dismal woes

The reason we're writhing - is our own mortal expiation
For our future guilts - now we'd pass by without recognition
The reason we're suffering - is our own lethal penance in advance
A privilege for having our minds cankered and unintensed
Just before we could awake to the dilapidation we fetch
Yesterday we acquited. Now we'll just have to turn dry, sterile and dead

3. Soon You'll Be Inanimate

Reevaluation, rejection, repuditation
Supercilious escape from realisation
Personalization, adoption, compulsion
Mental purity sold for comfort of emotion
Soon you might be inanimate
Soon you can be inanimate

Setting the serviences of your mind
Gearing these proprieties to your life
When you say you enjoy this flood of complacencies
Feeling frightened of going down like ninepins
Soon you shall be inanimate
Soon you will be inanimate

4. Leavening Barrel Influences

Predeterminated rounds fluxing up the ordainmented estates
All your intentions are coded, not a chance for an escape
All of your endeavors of breaking out from these borders
Are just adding to your confine of this machine's orders
Roads interlocking new ones, seems like creating new ways
Crossings, junctions, intersections all lost in haze
Do your disquisition of finding wickets of flights
While these loopholes do always end up in its' primes

Leavening influences
Leavening barrel influences
Predestrinated portions
Of unaugurable surceases

Deprived from all human leverages, from all human aspects
Given but one flavour as a benignant substitution, acceptance
Drives weaving old ones, seems like bringing pass known ways
But time flows through your hands, locking you up in this maze

5. Amiss, Flight, Reentry

So, the meanings of subsistence were traced again
In this isolating and alienating system.
Paranoid thoughts of cutting connections
Might save you from life's lurid reflections.
But you'll be confined by your own psychoses,
An expressionless existence of strict boundaries.
Impress your spirit to an omnipotent warfare,
With no end of sacrifices you've got to bear.

Exchange your doubts into virtues and benefits
Through tears and tolls and casualties.
Pursue your heart, trust your mind,
Pursue your heart, change your life.

6. Overcrowding

So far we've been collecting all the buzzes and experiences,
And never really craned at the eerie coulds of consequences.
Had we have done it well?
Circumstances gainsay.

In our quest finding our own supposed benediction,
We've just pushed too many dominoes, without any suspicion.
Now we take part creating this machine,
Yet our sincere intentions remain unseen.

All of our opportunistic actions.
All of our obligate motions.

Life's overcrowding - - -
Us, while we're - - -
Losing parts of ourselves.
Nothing to gain, - - -
Our mind's confused - - -
When this outside world repels.

Beyond this level - - -
We do nothing, - - -
But feeding this mechanism's subsistence.
With baby slivers - - -
Of our own overrated, - - -
Pathetic, overtaxed existence.

Trapped in dimension...
Numb of isolation...
Overcrowded with lives...
Of an alien person...
