In this fullmoon frozen night
wind is blowing fierce
Mighty stars above me
stare at my poor humanity
Looking at the horizon, sky is clear,
I can see vales and mounts around me...
In this emptiness I drown...
I drown...
Wind roars through the frozen trees
Echoes of light reflect on ice
Black clouds close like a dark sepulchral vault
over me
Memories of the past fluctuate like ghosts,
lake mist from the frozen ground

Standing through the immortal trees

Emerging from the cold veil
of mist
The air resounds
of steel, fires and wardrums
where ancient battles were fought
and won
Black stone shining
Eterne eye
Mighty symbol of
a forgotten empire
Dominates the forest
Silent eye
Carved in stone
what mysteries lie...

The cold wind awakes me
The water reflects the silent shape of the night
In the absence of light still I can remember that
once there was the life
Only the stars
Stare from the shadows
Black mountains lie beyond the lake
In dark and silent majesty
I rise my eyes to the lights above
Uncaring of human destiny
Only the stars
Stare from the infinity
O thou distant suns
To which worlds dwellers
The plaintive ray you hide
Of whom cloaked yours to me...
I'm alone, surrounded by death and darkness
All that remains is silent and cold
Time has cleaned away the "Maker of his own fate"
And even the signs of the passage of man
