1. A Eulogy on The Lips of The Dead
Playing god and pointing fingers in every direction but our own is a
beautiful way to live. Creating heavens out of ashes and reaching
towards the sky with every pedestal possible. We've taken two steps out
of a thousand. One small step towards understanding, and one giant leap
towards murder. Look up at the sky and the wrists we've slit. Sucking
the blood straight from the veins. Take a deep breath and make excuses
for why it burns your lungs. These skylines stand like cemeteries with
headstones for us all. This has risen from bare ground, everything we
fabricate and call beauty. This is beauty with a gun in its mouth. This
is not what was intended. Imagine walking in open fields with the ashes
of generations sifting below your feet. Stepping over centuries of
failure that have all come down to this. Serving an immediate purpose
with an everlasting effect. Mother, this is a sign of our gratitude.
Ripping the umbilical in half before conception. Your eulogy spilling
from our cracked lips. We are your sons and daughters. We rake open
your chest and watch the heart come to stillness.
2. Killing in the Month of July
Alone I stare at the hallowed life accumulating in my hands. Forever is
just their passive word to describe this unholy nothing that's been
left behind. Forever to be left behind for both weak and strong. To
drain of life and remember. An empty act of remembrance for my own
selfishness. Falling towards darkness never came quite this easily. So
at this time I keep it close and hold it for what it is worth. Seasons
of joy I beg for your return, your return to invoke my collapse. I beg
for your patience, I beg for your ever-insuring guidance. But leave her
angelic tone behind so that I may still stumble on these broken knees.
Love is spoken with such jealous disgust. All in hope for the comfort
of a pale hand to caress these lonesome and solace eyes. For only seven
nights I lived with the stars, in seven night I watched them fade away.
A burning past I will abandon to just live with relief, but with three
chosen word I slit my own throat.
3. Lily White and Blood Red
The blossoms have opened and we transpire, parting the pedals with
thick fingers. Rising like a swarm of insects from the garden. This is
devastation in tune. Thousands of bodies with one universal heat
beating through the ribcage. These thorns will carve our eyes and these
flowers will enshroud our souls. Fluttering wings were meant to fly,
whispering and conspiring of mental worlds and infinite flights. We
part the water of distant seas. We bleed together, stirring red into
vast blue skies. A world of good intentions poisoned by your hidden
desires, peeling back the layers of flesh that used to have meaning to
us all. You closed your eyes and kissed the flames, floating into the
sun with open arms. We watched you burn with hands tied. We salted the
earth with our tears, and bathed the world with our bleeding hearts.
Sing your song for the last time. This chorus comes to silent under the
weight that we've been left to bear. The smell of smoke still rises
from your blackened wings. Your broken body hits the ground like and
angel repelled from heaven. You crawl back to the flowers from which
you came, sleeping beneath the ashes of everything you created.
4. Cursed Be The Blessed
Awake into a dark horizon where our children's fingers drip in the
blood of their creators. We've been consumed by our technology. We now
bring the life of death upon ourselves. Crucified into a genetically
altered way of life, our species will not survive. We've kissed the
cold palm of death for the satisfaction of our own. The scent of the
end fills our senses, for now the taste of the apocalypse rests upon
our lips. Spawned into a generation of disease to rot within the
nonexistent enjoyment of life. Now I will watch you burn within this
revolution. We've licked the forked tongues of the demons we created. I
scream in silence for salvation and bleed for hope of a brighter
tomorrow, but the sun no longer exists where man's technology is king.
I slit the wrist of this synthetic way of life and I pull the veil down
over my eyes. I will savior the warm blood as it spills upon my hands.

6. Behind a Veil of Tears
Carving your cryptic lies in my back, a friendship gets torn at the
seams. The north winds blow, turning summer's rains into December's
ice. Like the two seasons, you changed to what she wanted, what he
wanted. Your face washed away with every choice you made, the bridge
starts to burn and the embers embrace your soiled desires. Reaching for
your hand as the water fills your lungs. I tried to pull you to the
shore but you just turned away. Swimming towards the sirens, you
couldn't refuse their soft voices. Now faced with nothing left, you
sink to the ocean's floor. May death come quick and grant me a
blackened salvation. Serpents slither under your skin injecting venom
into your veins, your pulse begins to weaken. can you live with your
self? I stand here staring at what remains of your life. This hopeless
feeling is overwhelming. Nothing can ever be the same. Nothing will
ever be the same. The chapter ends with nothing but deceit. You no
longer exist to me.
7. The Forsaken
I gasp for one last breath, but I choke on my tongue. No words can
describe this pain making me go numb. My mind is my own worst enemy,
hidden away no one will ever know. The day of atonement has arrived. Am
I ready for my sentence? I hear the death rising from the grave,
calling my name, trying to bring me home. Though I struggle to find
hope in a empty world, death is a welcome relief. But I know I'm
stronger than this self-hate, only I can't seem to break free. I wear
this mask made of flesh to conceal the razor marks. A dead heart that
won't bleed. So kiss me with your lips of death. Forever seeing my life
in the eyes of torment. Nothing was ever cherished where the chaos
reigned. Now I walk this earth only to stumble on the dead dreams. I
tell myself that the sun will rise again, but will it be another
endless day. Can you see my face? Can you hear my voice? Can you sense
the fear taking over my life?
8. Silently Choking on Her Regret
A tragedy that was years in the making. Deliver me no forgiveness
because again I delivered the unforgivable. How quick we were to bury
ourselves in love and how quick I was to fade to farewell. In days to
come ask me for nothing, for all I have to give is the dirt that fills
my mouth and these eyes that have been drained of all emotion. Every
day is one more chance to remember and to stare alone into this tomb
I've dug for two. But I fill the negative space with my broken promises
and my shallow soul. A timeless moment I wish to never return. And
still how false are these cracks I show upon my face. One million dying
smiles in exchange for one million infected days is the price I would
pay to restore your trust. Things I know that this diseased body will
never achieve are now the only things I live for, but in the end all my
empty attempts for happiness tend to come up short, so I infect and
mutilate this body and part ways with this life. For if I only knew
that we were to live and die with regret I would have done away with
this blessing of life. That kiss to your brow was goodbye forever.
9. Coma Eternal
