3. Dark Road
Walking this dark road, I can't see,
Where it takes me, will it set me free.
I am blind but still can feel.
I hear an awful sound above.
No need to look, I know it's crow.
Watching me and laughing for my destiny.
I'm drowning in this river, I couldn't see, how evil forced me.
I'm fighting back this darkness, which has filled all my mind.
I'll get it out or die as I try.
End of the road I see it all.
Bad deeds I've done I now recall.
All those I've loved, I see again them fall.
Wicked grin rose on my face.
I started to laugh without a grace.
I jump into laps of evils sweet embrace.

4. Raven
Moon is glowing full this Halloween. Rising mist is setting up a scene,
for a play where a poor soul will be drawn to a realm where nightmares bore.
Many years I’ve had this feeling, what this weald might be concealing,
when the trees recede revealing a path I’ve never seen before. I hear distant call from the end of the path, that leads to forest’ core.
“Come to me, oh sweet Lenore.”
Standing on the edge of sanity, slowly parting from reality,
starting to recall the memories of the one she was before.
Ghastly smile is creeping on her face, when she sees a flying form in haze,
familiar feeling of the days, olden distant days of yore.
Under dismal trees the Raven flies towards the secret moor.
Into the mist… to Nevermore.
From the woods to wilted garden, protected by unseen warden;
fear and horror drive away all the hapless creatures from the moor.
When she takes her first steps on the grass, statues bow and wardens let her pass,
to the mansion middle of morass, where the ancient love once bore.
Entering in the haunted mansion, where her feelings will deplore.
Darkness there, and nothing more.
Hungry eyes, burning with bloodlust, turn to her from whirlwind of dance.
Reaching arms of tormented creatures tear asunder hypnotic trance.
Horrid scream shatters the silence, as she scampers through the crowd.
Running to the hallway of darkness, into eternal night.
That is more than absence of light.
Seeing light ahead in the darkness, heading forth this inviting flame,
she arrives to a door of a chamber and shyly knocks its frame.
"Who arrives so gently rapping, tapping at my chamber door?" says a voice from inside the chamber.
"Is it you, beloved Lenore?"
"Please come in, I implore."
Black velvet lining shimmers in the light of fireplace.
The flickering flames cast moving shadows on his face.
But the light of the sun can never reach that skin, gleaming so pale,
like the time would pass without touching him.
“At last you’re here my love.
The years have been empty and cold without your love,
so I have summoned you through the time and space,
to be with me forevermore.”
It’s time to celebrate, so let the ball go on.
For re-united lovers we will dance until the dawn.
But before the night is over, I’ll make you one of us.
But if you turn your face to the sun, you will be reduced to dust
forevermore!
