Grigori was formed in 2006 by Armaros taking control of all instruments, vocals, composition and lyrics. Despite being temporarily located in Singapore, Armaros is from Auckland, New Zealand.
In 2007, the 'Visions of a Burning Dawn' demo was released including 4 originals and 1 Mayhem cover. A full-length is expected in early 2008 under Sweden's Satanic Propaganda Records.
