GRAVESTORM BIOGRAPHY
In the summer of 2002 Verdilak, Necrotis and Aragos propsed to start a black metal project. This pre-Gravestorm line-up started writing the appropriate material and then decided they needed a suitable drummer to fill the position for percussion. Ashgaroth was the best candidate for that position. After many rehearsals it was decided Desecrator would be the name of the project. Unfortunately there were copyright complications involved and a name change was under way. A more suitable name was created, Gravestorm. The debut demo containing 3 tracks was released in 2003. In 2004 the band performed live at Omaha Metalfest II and recorded an unreleased MCD entitled 'Cold Grim World'. After a short period of the time the band had their differences and went their different ways. Meaning Aragos, on guitar, left the project. Blut joined the project playing guitar in 2005. There was a period of inactivity which proved grueling, among other things. However, after a few temporary line-up changes the current line-up was created. With Aragos rejoining on bass guitar in 2006, along with new recordings, the future looks promising for the
