ECLIPSE ETERNAL BIOGRAPHY
Eclipse Eternal has been a propaganda machine since the fall of 1999. Germinated by vocalist Voldamares, Eclipse Eternal quickly grew and branched out to envelope various other similar minded individuals. First came guitarist Alasdyr Kilgour. The two wrote, collaborated and incorporated numerous satanic rites into aural chaos that was formed into a cohesive music format. After many seasons and numerous lineup changes, including Alasydrs own dismissal, Eclipse Eternal finally bared fruit in the summer of 2004 with the lineup of Voldamares on Vocals, Lord Abaddon on Guitars, Bass and Keys and Wulfgar on drums. The resulting album was a much different beast than was originally aimed at. It was a symphonic black metal album of anti-biblical proportions. Co-Produced by Glen Drover (King Diamond/Megadeth/Eidelon) and recorded at Glens own Eclipse Studios. The album was well received in the scene and a landmark for the band. It was called "Reign Of The Unholy Blackened Empire" and was released in the spring of 2005 in North America on Galy Records. Now with the permanent lineup of Voldamares on vokills, Lord Abaddon on Guitars, Wulfar on drums, Rose Sodomy on bass and Trozombach on Orchestrations Eclipse Eternal has forged on from that new beginning and once again is in the process of remaking itself. And from the ashes of the old a new beast shall rise. Namely, Ubermensch: Evolution Beyond The Species. A tribute to Nietzsche and the strength of will that comes with rebirth. Having grown in both wisdom and inner strength this album is set to open many eyes and blow many minds. This is not typical stagnating black metal, this is a forward thinking hammer to the face of all preconceptions. With one foot firmly planted in black metals honored roots Eclipse Eternal dares to put the other foot forward and create something new. Evil knows no bounds. Hail the new age.
