DIADEMA TRISTIS BIOGRAPHY
Alejandro Medina, lead vocalist and lead guitarist of Ecliptic Sunset, has decided to turn all his composing strength in a new project, called Diadema Tristis. This new musical concept is strongly related to the sadness and melancholy of the folk music from northern lands in Argentina. Diadema Tristis has been created by Fernando Medina (Alejandro's brother), and mastermind of the spirit of this emerging band, with a poetic and depressive focus, letting you take a trip through acoustic landscapes and climates plenty of desolation and melancholy. Fernando will join forces with Alejandro Medina's creation capabilities in vocals and guitars.
Diadema Tristis plans the first release by April 2005 under the title "Ways of Relief", what promises to be a collector's piece for lovers of depressive folk music, a real cocktail mixed with local roots and a fine taste of high fly music.
