DETRITUS BIOGRAPHY
There are two artists called "Detritus." One is "very infectious IDM," the other is a now-defunct 1990s Christian heavy metal band.
1: Block Rockin' Beats! This is very infectious IDM, very straightforward but ever so catchy! Listen to Paper Cut and you'll be convinced! Addictive..
2: The Christian heavy metal Detritus gained some small measure of fame on college radio in the 1990s, thanks to their catchy and only mildly obnoxious "Sailor's Farewell," a pirate-themed allegory about accepting Jesus. Its Christian message, however, was not likely the reason behind the song's popularity.
